Aegean Destination Management

We are an established travel agency in Turkey and have launched Aegean Destination Management to draw a line between our regular tourism activities and the increasing amount of our business that falls into the category of Destination Management.

The skills required to provide management services for corporate events are not dissimilar to our usual tourism management. In fact the wealth of experience and contacts we have in tourism related services throughout Turkey has been invaluable in our corporate event management.

Though Bodrum has always been famous as the premier holiday resort for the Istanbul ‘Jet-Set’ and for the discerning foreign traveler it is still in its infancy as a MICE destination.

Our hope is that corporate event companies will discover what the Bodrum region of Turkey has to offer and that ‘Bodrum’ will become the new 'corporate event destination'.

Our efforts to promote Bodrum as an event destination include the establishment of an independent, impartial local community whose role is to promote Bodrum. The group members, while being in competition with each other in business, is aware of how important it is to work in unity if the goal of ‘Corporate Event Destination Bodrum’ is to be realized.

The current working party consists of representatives from congress capable hotels, restaurants and other congress service suppliers. We are aware that for any region to be host for corporate events it must provide every element necessary for a successful outcome.

As the premier resort in Turkey, Bodrum is already well serviced by excellent transport facilities. Its international airport is currently undergoing even further expansion, due to be completed in 2012, and a new international cruise and ferry port connects Bodrum to Europe.
